Join us as our new part-time Volunteer Co-ordinator

Thanks to National Lottery players, the Isles of Scilly Museum Association is getting ready to open the new Museum and Cultural Centre on St Mary’s – and while the building project is still going on there is a lot for our small team to do behind the scenes to prepare. 

 Before our old Museum closed in 2019 we had a regular team of more than 15 brilliant volunteers helping out on the desk and with our collection. While the new museum will be different, we will still need volunteer support and we are developing new volunteering opportunities.

We are looking for our first Volunteer Coordinator (three days per week). This exciting new role will work across the organisation to help develop systems and support and recruit a new wonderful volunteer team.
